LAHORE, Dec 5: Pakistan cricket team will tour Bangladesh from Jan 3 to 27 to play two Test and three One-Day International matches.
The Bangladesh Cricket Board has conveyed the itinerary of the tour to the Pakistan Cricket Board on Wednesday.
The first Test will be held at Dhaka from Jan 9 to 13. The second Test is scheduled to be held at Chittagong from Jan 16 to 20. The first One-Day international match will also be held at Chittagong on Jan 22. The remaining two One-Day matches will be held under floodlights at Dhaka on Jan 25 and 26. Surprisingly, no rest day was given in between the second and third one dayers.
Pakistan will start their tour with a three-day side game against Bangladesh “A” to be held at the BKSP Dhaka from Jan 5 to 7.
The Indian team was also due to play in Bangladesh making the one-day contest a triangular tournament. But the Indians pulled out their team according to their policy of not playing against Pakistan due to confrontation between both the countries on Kashmir issue. It was learnt that the Bangladesh also tried to invite West Indies in place of India, but they failed to do so.

Jan 3: Arrival at Dhaka.
Jan 4: Rest/Practice.
Jan 5 to 7: 3-day game against Bangladesh “A” at BKSP Dhaka.
