KCDABBA office-bearers elected

KARACHI, Dec 4: Amjad Ali and Abdul Nasir were Tuesday unanimously elected as President and Secretary of Karachi City District Amateur Basketball Association (KCDABBA).

The elections were conducted by regional scrutiny committee of Sindh and Balochistan Zone appointed by Pakistan Amateur Basketball Federation ad-hoc committee.

Others elected were Noor-ul-Abedin, Abid Iftikhar Mallhi, Abdul Karim Mughal (Vice Presidents) Muhammad Idris (Associate secretary) Javed Akhter (Treasurer).

Muhammad Afzal, Abdul Rashid Butt, Muhammad Khan, Muhammad Salim Qureshi, Zahid Malik and Zafar Iqbal were elected member Executive Committee.

The members selection committee elected were: Abdul Rasheed Butt, Raza Agha, Yousuf Shah and Ghulam Rasool.

Representatives of 17 clubs affiliated with newly named KCDABBA including KESC, Karachi Youth, United Club, Nishtar Club, YMCA, Bombay Sports, Karachi Cantt Sports, Christian Gymkhana, Paracha Club, Karachi Colts Club, National Club, Civil Club, Dow Club, Arambagh Club, Bounce Club and Karachi Basketball Club took part in the general body meeting held to elect officer bearers.—APP
