Conference on corruption begins
ISLAMABAD, Nov 28: National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Chairman Lt-Gen Munir Hafiez arrived in Tokyo to represent Pakistan in the three-day third annual conference on combating corruption in Asia-Pacific, which started here on Wednesday.
The conference, organized by Japan, is being co-hosted by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and the Asian Development Bank. It will wrap up the findings of the conferences held in Seoul in 2000 and Manila in 1999.—APP
