LAHORE, Nov 25: The Pakistan cricket selectors have submitted a 26-probable list for the forthcoming international assignments which is likely to be increased after some of the deserving boys were overlooked.

The chairman of the PCB Lt Gen Tauqir Zia told newsmen that after reviewing the list, he had found that players like Fazle Akbar, Mohammad Zahid and Imran Farhat had been ignored.

The PCB chairman said he would expand the list of probables before announcing it for the training camp which begins here from Dec 1.

He said that the first phase of the camp would finish on Dec 12. The second phase would begin after Eid-ul-Fitr.

He was talking to newsmen during a reception given in honour of Pakistan and Sri Lanka Under-19 teams Sunday.

Pakistan is to tour Bangladesh from Jan 2 for two Tests and three one-day internationals before hosting the West Indies for three Tests and as many one-day internationals.
