KARACHI, Nov 24: The Board of Secondary Education has announced that examination forms of SSC Part-II (Class X) for the annual examination 2002 of Science and General groups, regular and ex-candidates will be accepted without late fee from Nov 27 to Dec 10.
A BSE notification said on Saturday that form were available at 34 designated branches of National Bank of Pakistan and Habib Bank Limited on payment of Rs10 per form. Forms would be received back at the branches from where these were purchased, added the notification.
The forms with a late fee of Rs50, Rs100 and Rs200 can be submitted till Dec 15, 24 and 29 respectively. However, no examination forms would be accepted in any case after the expiry of the dates announced by the board, said the notification.
The board has further pointed out that bank had been authorized to charge Rs5 only per form while receiving the form, but no commission would be charged by the bank on sale of the form. The examination forms from individuals would not be accepted without covering letter from head of the institution, original fee statement and fee in the form of pay-order.

NBP branches; Board Office, Binori Town, Denso Hall, Drigh Colony, Faisal Bazaar, Garden Road, Gulshan-i-Iqbal, Main Rashid Minhas Road, Hassan Square, Korangi Township, Landhi Township K Area, Landhi Township near Babar Market, Liaquatabad near Subhani Hospital, Malir City near Liaquat College, Orangi Town and Rahimabad F B Area.
HBL branches; Abul Hassan Ispahani Road, Al-Azam Square, Bahadurabad, Drigh Colony No.1, Defence Housing Society, Gulistan-i-Jauher, Ghaffar Goth Steel Town, Hassan Square Gulshan-i-Iqbal, Jamshed Road, Malir City, Muslim Town, Orangi Town, Preedy Street Saddar, Rizvia Society, Ranchore Line, Shahrah-i-Pakistan Near Ayesha Manzil, Sher Shah, Taimuria Market Near Board’s office, Landhi No 6 and Korangi No 2.
