HARIPUR, Nov 21: A man shot at and killed his wife and her friend in Hattar, some 14 kilometres from here on Sunday evening. Later, the killer presented himself for arrest at the police station.
In his confession of the crime, the killer, Mehraban, who works at a local cement manufacturing plant, said that when he returned home from work he found his wife and a neighbour in compromising circumstances.
He admitted having shot both of them with a 30-bore pistol; they died instantly.
