Robbers loot bus passengers

DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Nov 17: Six robbers looted cash and valuables from the passengers of a bus near the Abu Samra village on Dera-Bannu Road on Friday night.

The robbers, armed with kalashnikovs, blocked the road near the village and stopped the Multan-bound bus (Karachi-6817), coming from Peshawar, at gun point. They deprived the passengers, the driver and the conductor of the bus of Rs159, 190 and valuables, and fled the scene.

The Yareik police have registered an FIR against the unknown robbers.

ARRESTED: Dera and Paroa police have arrested three proclaimed offenders during the past 24 hours. The were identified as: Rab Nawaz son of Allah Diwaya, Misal Khan son of Hayat Khan and Mohammed Ayub son of Ata Mohammed. They were wanted since.
