New reason for tension with India

By Our Staff Reporter

RAWALPINDI, Nov 15: The existing tensions between India and Pakistan were further heightened after India started constructing a bund along the eastern bank of River Ravi in Narowal sector, military officials said here on Thursday.

They said that the construction of the bund, started by India recently, could have affected Pakistan adversely as the structure was likely to deflect flood water towards Pakistan.
