KARACHI, Nov 13: Vitamin E may help people maintain better physiological functioning, better health and peace of mind. This was stated at a seminar on neurticeuticals with special reference to Vitamin E oil on Tuesday.

It was also stated that since its discovery Vitamin E has gained the interest of scientists and health professionals world wide.

It strengthens heart muscles and thus helps in prevention of heart attacks, helps maintains healthy body tissues and muscles, thereby increasing their endurance in stamina.

This vitamin aids in bringing nourishment to cells, strengthening the capillary walls and protecting the red blood cells from destruction by poisons.

Prof Rashida Ali, Dr Syed Sohail Ahmed, Lubna Sharif and Dr Faishullah Mir spoke on the occasion.
