Published November 13, 2001

KOHAT, Nov 12: The education committee of the Kohat assembly raided a government higher secondary school, Ustarzai and found the principal and six staff members absent from the school.

The members of the committee, Inayat Ali, Syed Mehtab-ul-Hassan and Asmat Ali, expressed their anguish when they were told by the staff that all the seven staffers were on official duty at various places.

They demanded of the education high-ups not to send more than one teacher from the same school on official duty in future.
