Vehari traders to join strike

VEHARI, Nov 7: Local traders and transporters will join the wheeljam strike on Nov 9.

This was stated by Pak-Afghan Defence Council spokesmen Abdul Khaliq Watto and Rao Khalil Ahmad while talking to newsmen here on Wednesday.

They said all the trade organizations in the district would go on strike to express solidarity with the Afghan people.

They urged the government to release JI chief Qazi Husain Ahmad and other leaders at the earliest.
