Man seeks help for daughter’s treatment

MARDAN, Nov 4: Nazir Gul, a resident of Hoti (Mardan), has appealed to the President of Pakistan for the proper treatment of his ailing daughter, whose condition is very critical.

In a statement, Mr Gul said, he is a class four employee of the Municipal Committee of Hoti-Mardan and his daughter is suffering from acute kidney problem for the last 12 years due to which he spent whatever he had. He said that now the doctors have advised him to make immediate arrangements for her kidney transplantation.

Nazir Gul has appealed to President Pervez Musharraf as well as to the philanthropists of the country to help him and make arrangements for the treatment of his daughter.

SEMINAR: The Mardan Action Forum will hold a seminar on the problems of crimes particularly drug trafficking, car lifting, street robberies and kidnapping in Mardan at Mardan Press Club, on Nov 10.

The chief guest will be the newly appointed superintendent of police Liaqat Khan, and residents of the area will highlight these problems before the police officials.
