Asif to face Asim in final

KARACHI, Nov 2: Asif Hussain will clash Asim Aziz in Saturday’s the men’s singles final in the All Karachi Lions table tennis tournament after winning their semifinals in straight games at Sindh Sports Board Complex Hall Thursday evening.

Asif Hussain produced aggressive game to outplay Khawar Mahmood 21-12, 21-15, 21-12.

Asim Aziz was more adventurous as he demolished former Karachi Champion Nadir Sohail 21-13, 21-14, 21-12.

The final between Asif and Asim will start at 6.00pm.

Women’s, boys, girls singles final will be held prior to the men’s single final.—APP
