Rumsfeld to visit Pakistan
WASHINGTON, Nov 2: The Pentagon confirmed on Friday that US defence secretary Donald Rumsfeld will be visiting Pakistan.
The defence secretary leaves on a five-country trip on Friday evening which include Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Russia.
A defence department spokesman said that he could not specify what day Rumsfeld would be in Pakistan, nor was he willing to give a timeline on when he would return to Washington.—APP
