Red Crescent Week organized

ATTOCK, Nov 1: The district coordination officer, Attock, Muhammad Asif Khan, has said that the Red-Crescent was playing an important role in mitigating the suffering of the people and asked for generous donations towards this cause.

He was speaking to the participants of a walk organized here to observe the Red Crescent week.

The rally was also attended by the EDO community development Qazi Habib-ur-Rehman, EDO health Dr Sultan Abdul Majeed and others.

During the week-long celebrations, speech contests, quiz programmes, health melas, and free eye camps will be held in the far-flung areas of the district.—APP
