Malegaon still under curfew
NEW DELHI, Oct 28: A tense calm prevailed on Sunday in a western Indian town which is under curfew after seven people were killed when police fired on a crowd of Muslim protesters last week.
“It is still tense. The police and army are patrolling the area,” said D.F. Katale, a police official said.—Reuters
