Three die in accident

NOWSHERA, Oct 28: At least three people died and four others sustained serious injuries in a road accident near Akora Khattak on GT Road on Saturday.

The deceased were: driver Mohammad Saleem, Haji Ghulam Mahiudin and Hamayun Mahmood. Mushtaq, Mohammad Ayub, Sadiq Shah and Naiz Rehman sustained serious injuries.

Motorway police reported that a Mazda van, coming from Rawalpindi, collided head-on with a truck near Jehangira. One person died on the spot and two succumbed to injuries at the Nowshera district hospital.
