Asif and Owais sound the board twice

LAHORE, Oct 26: Government Shakar Gunj High School, Arifwala and Divisional Public School, Lahore Reds, qualified for the semifinals in the 35th Jaffar memorial inter-school hockey tournament Friday.

Two goals from Mohammad Owais helped Arifwala school beat Divisional Public School, Lahore Whites, 4-0 in the first quarterfinal.

Kalimullah and Navid Anjum scored one goal each in the 2nd and 7th  minute. Owais struck in the 23rd and 28th minutes.

Asif slammed two goals to enable Divisional Public School, Lahore Reds thrash Government High School, Shakargarh 5-0.

Alley Hasan opened the scoring in the 15th minute, Asif banged the board in the 24th minute, while Naeem (37th minute) and Irfan (32nd minute) were other scorers. Asif got his second goal in 48th minute.
