Pakistan officials for IOC moots

LAHORE, Oct 26: All the 198 National Olympic Committees of the world will send delegates to attend two conferences being organised by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) during November.

For the Nov 3 and 4 IOC World Conference on Sports and Environment at Nagano (Japan), Pakistan Judo Federation (PJF) secretary general Mahmood Naveed will represent the country.

NWFP Olympic Committee secretary general Syed Aqil Shah will attend the World Conference on Olympic and Sports Volunteerism in New York to be held from Nov 12 to 14.

Bhuttan Olympic Committee is organising a sports medicine course at Thimpu from Nov 19 to 23. Dr Kaleem Akhtar Malhi (WAPDA) has been nominated for the course.
