Unbeaten 200 by Hasan

KARACHI, Oct 22: Test reject Hasan Raza became second batsman to make a double century as Habib Bank declared their first innings at 547 for six in the Patron’s Trophy Grade-I tie against ADBP at Sheikhupura Stadium Monday.

According to details available here, Hasan converted his overnight 103 to exactly 200 not out on a curtailed second day’s play. His team-mate Imran Farhat made a blazing 204 off as many balls Sunday.

Hasan, who batted for 416 minutes and faced 320 deliveries, shared a sixth wicket partnership of 154 in 141 minutes with all-rounder Sajid Shah (54 off 106 balls).

At stumps, ADBP replied with 30 for the loss of opener Hafiz Majid, caught behind by Atiq-uz-Zaman off left-arm pacer Kabir Khan for four.
