KARACHI: Encroachments’ removal ordered

KARACHI, Oct 14: The provincial secretary of the ministry of religious affairs, minorities’ affairs, Auqaf, Zakat and Usher, Fasih-ud-Din has ordered the removal of encroachment on the tomb of Noor Ali Shah.

He issued these orders during his surprised visit at the tomb. The provincial secretary ordered the manager Auqaf, Jamil Ahamad, to remove the encroachments.

The secretary visited the Langar Khana which has been transformed into a private tea stall and the case was in the court.

He was told that the tomb had no proper building and water flew into the tomb. The secretary assured them that their problems would soon be redressed.—PPI
