Two injured Afghans Brought to Quetta

QUETTA, Oct 13: Two Afghans who had received injuries in some explosion were admitted to civil hospital. Faiz Mohammad and Abdul Sattar were brought from Dalbandin in Chaghai district, some 350 kilometres from Quetta.

The Assistant District Administrative Officer of Dalbandin, Abdul Hamid, told Dawn that the injured Afghans were brought from a place Baracha in Afghanistan where they were injured on Friday evening in an explosion.

Faiz Mohammad received serious injuries on head and legs and is reported to be in serious condition.

Abdul Sattar said that he and others were working in a brick kiln in Baracha area closed to the Pakistan border inside Afghanistan during which there was some explosion near the brick kiln, which injured four people.

He identified two others as Nasirullah and Ghulam Jan and said they were all Uzbeks.
