Software competition
LAHORE, Oct 6: The two-day seventh annual SOFTEC 2001 software competition, hardware exhibition and book fair started at the FAST-National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, Lahore campus, on Saturday.
The exhibition was inaugurated by Punjab Information Technology Board chairman Dr Humayun Mian.
Dr Mian said the exhibition would greatly enhance communication between educational and professional organizations.
The software competition has a top prize of Rs50,000 in the student category.
