Indian shelling continues

By Our Correspondent

SIALKOT, Oct 5: The Chenab rangers thwarted two major Indian attempts of fencing Sialkot working boundary’s Bajwat and Jammu sectors and destroyed three pillars late Thursday night.

Official sources told Dawn that the Indians on Friday shelled Bajwat, Chaprar, Sucheetgarh, Harpal, Bajragarhi, Charwa, Zafarwal and Shakargarh, badly damaging four houses, several tractors and standing paddy crops.

“The rangers turned the tables on the Indians who fled towards their bunkers and took aim at their colleagues, injuring six of them seriously,” the sources claimed.
