Six shot dead over old enmity

GUJRAT, Oct 1: Six persons were shot dead by proclaimed offenders over an old enmity near Jalalpur Jattan here on Monday.

Ghulam Muhammad, Shahbaz, Riaz, Arshad, Riasat Ali and Bashir Husain were on their way to Bhangranwala village by a car. Near Kot Amir Husain village, Jalalpur Jattan, Ahsan and accomplices opened fire on the car, killing all its occupants on the spot.

The bodies were removed to the Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Hospital, Gujrat.

Police have registered a case and are investigating.
