KARACHI, May 19 Openers Fazal Subhan and Ramiz Raja smashed unbeaten centuries and shared a quickfire 303-run stand as defending champions Zone-VI secured three points for the first-innings lead after their two-day PCB Karachi Region Seniors Inter-district cricket championship match against Zone-IV ended in a draw at the RLCA Ground Korangi on Tuesday.

Fazal hit 15 boundaries and three sixes in his 152 and Ramiz's 133 was spiced with 19 boundaries and brace of sixes.

Earlier, resuming at 86-6, Zone-IV fought well to score 225 all out mainly because of fighting 86 by Mohammad Bilal with seven fours and two sixes. Mohammad Waqas contributed an attacking 66 with 11 boundaries and one six.

At the Landhi Gymkhana Ground, the match between Zone-III and Zone-V ended in a draw.

Meanwhile, left-arm pacer Nasir Khan claimed six wickets for 76 runs in 17.4 overs to help Zone-I secure a slender eleven-run lead and three points against Zone-VII at the TMC Ground.
