Bank robbed of Rs3.5m in cash

LAHORE, April 24: Gunmen took away Rs3.5 million in cash from a bank at Mahmood Booti in Baghbanpura on Thursday.

Bank manager Ayaz Chaudhry told police that six armed men stormed into the bank and held up all staff members and customers. The miscreants collected Rs3.5 million in cash and left the bank while shooting in the air.
