ISLAMABAD, Dec 7: The head of Qadhafi International Foundation for Charity Associations (QIF), Saif El Islam Qadhafi, arrived here late on Friday on a three-day visit to Pakistan as a special envoy of Col Muammar Qadhafi, the Leader of the Libyan Revolution.

Saif EI Islam, the son of Col Qadhafi, is accompanied by senior members of QIF.

He will call on President General Pervez Musharraf during his stay in Pakistan to deliver a special message from Col Qadhafi.

He will also meet Foreign Minister Abdul Sattar.—APP
