CHITRAL, April 16: Internet users have been facing connectivity problems for the last one week, shows a survey.

They told Dawn on Wednesday that for the last one week they had not been able to connect the net due to faults in the PTCL line. The PTCL authorities, they complained, had turned a deaf ear to their complaints.
