KUWAIT CITY, April 3: Kuwait has criticized Arab League Secretary-General Amr Moussa for not taking a neutral stand while tackling Arab affairs.

Kuwait’s National Assembly Speaker Jassim Al-Khorafi said in a press statement here on Thursday that Amr Moussa had taken a biased stand towards issues of dissension leading Arab nations to the current phase.
