HYDERABAD, March 29: The Latifabad Taluka Council Nazim has directed taluka officials and cattle owners to finalize arrangements for shifting cattle pens from Latifabad to New Cattle Colony on Tando Mohammad Khan road by March 31.

The taluka Nazim, Abdul Jabbar Khan, was speaking at a meeting here the other day.
