PESHAWAR, March 25: Iranian Consul General Abbas Ali Abdullahi on Monday appreciated the performance of the Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal government and congratulated it for announcing Shariat package for the province.

He was talking to NWFP Senior Minister Sirajul Haq at the latter’s residence.

The minister expressed grief over the situation in Iraq and said the Muslims should unite.

He said the Islamic revolution of Iran was the greatest revolution of the last century.

He appreciated Iran for supporting Muslim movements.
