RAWALPINDI, March 24: Additional District and Sessions Judge Syed Pervez Ali Shah will on Tuesday hear the arguments in the second bail application of Aqeel Ahmad Abdul Qudoos, who has been booked for allegedly harbouring Al Qaeda activists, Khalid Shaikh Mohammad and a Somali, on March 1.

The judge had accepted the bail plea for hearing on March 22.
