WASA The Water and Sanitation Agency said on Tuesday that water supply to city, Qasimabad and Latifabad talukas was seriously affected because of increase in duration of loadshedding from four to six hours.
The agency said in a statement that the loadshedding had seriously affected both the feeders, making it difficult to make alternate arrangements for water supply.
With two hours loadshedding in the morning and two hours in the evening the agency could use alternate feeder but increase in duration of outage had now made it difficult because it took at least two hours for water to reach consumers, the statement said.
