MUZAFFARABAD, March 18: Indian troops targeted Neelum valley villages on Tuesday killing one person and injuring two, officials said here. The shelling began at noon and continued for about two hours, a military official told Dawn.

He said Zafar Iqbal, 28, was killed and Raja Azhar, 21, and Saadat Hussain, 17, were injured.
