NAWABSHAH, March 18: A team, constituted by the district and sessions court, Nawabshah, on Tuesday raided the 60-mile police station and freed two persons from illegal detention.

The district and sessions court judge, Syed Zakir Hussain Shah, had acted after receiving an application filed by Ms Khursheeda Bibi detailing the illegal detention of Ibrahim Bhatti and Yaqoob Bhatti at the 60-mile police station.

Later, the police officials were ordered to appear before the court.
