PESHAWAR, March 6: The NWFP minister for health Inayatullah   Khan has underlined the need of efficient mobilisation of available resources for effective delivery of health care facilities to mothers and children.

Speaking at a briefing about population welfare department plans here on Thursday, he  said that efforts were needed to spread much-needed awareness about the precautionary measures. He urged the need of coordinated efforts to make the   programme  a success.
