PESHAWAR, March 5: Education and Literacy Minister Maulana Fazl Ali has said that the problems of teachers teaching Arabic and Islamic studies would be resolved soon.
A press statement released on Tuesday quoting the minister, who was talking a delegation of the teachers, said that the government had taken notice that such vacancies had been reduced in schools and had decided to restore them.
The minister was also concerned at sub-standard textbooks of Islamiat in schools, saying it would be reviewed in consultation with Ulema. —Bureau
