SAHIWAL, March 4: A hotel owner was killed and his friend injured in a car crash here on Tuesday.

Mohammed Sharif and his friend, Zahid Bashir, were on their way when their car collided with a trailer on College Road. Sharif died instantly while Bashir sustained injuries. The injured was taken to hospital.

Civil Lines police have registered a case.
