PESHAWAR, Feb 25: A man was killed and nine people, including four women, injured when a passenger van going to Akbarpura hit roadside trees after its tyre burst and the driver lost control near the Jhagra area.

Zarif Khan, son of Hakeem, died and Rahat Naseem, Simi, Shafat, Ponam, Shah Hussain, Noor Jamil, Javed, Faiz Mohammad and Hizbullah were injured.—Bureau
