NAWABSHAH, Feb 15: An under-trial prisoner, Azizullah Mari, was shot dead by six men in a bus in Sakrand on Saturday when he was being brought here to a court.

Azizullah, nominated in a murder case, was being brought in a bus from Sakrand sub-jail to session court, Nawabshah.

Near the Government Girls College, Sakrand, six persons embarked upon the bus and fired at the UTP, killing him on the spot. The police escort got hold of one of the attackers.
