PESHAWAR, Feb 8: A fighter jet of the air force crashed near Chakwal on Saturday killing the pilot, sources said.

The A-5 plane was on a routine mission when it developed a fault. Flying officer Nadeem received fatal injuries after failing to eject. His body was flown in a C-130 to Lahore. No further details were  made available by the PAF, when contacted.
