Questioning utility of millions of rupees being spent on three days Jash-i-Baharan festivities in the city, she, on a point of order, drew the attention of the government towards deaths and power failures being caused by kite-flying.

She feared that the three-day (Feb 7-9) gala would cause more trouble to citizens.
