Election and electoral reforms

Prior to an election, three questions about the electoral process are of critical importance to the legitimacy of that election. Firstly, do voters consider the election to be free and fair? Secondly, how do voters perceive the transparency of the electoral campaigns conducted by various political parties? And finally, do voters believe that elections determine the will of the people? The results of the pre-election survey conducted by the Herald are very telling.
