LAHORE,  Jan 27: The results of dope tests of all members of the Pakistan team except Younis Khan have been received and proved negative.

Pakistan Cricket  Board (PCB) conducted the tests on the instructions of the International Cricket Council (ICC)  for the  World Cup-2003 to be held jointly by South Africa,  Zimbabwe and Kenya from Feb 8 to March 23.

The urine sample of Younis was taken out on Jan 23 and  his report is likely to be received on Jan 29, Meesaq Rizvi, a member of the PCB panel of doctors told reporters on Monday.

It  is for first time that ICC imposed condition of dope test for the World Cup. ICC is authorised to conduct a dope  test of  any  suspicious cricketer during the World Cup.  In  case  of proving positive, a two-year ban could be imposed on the cricketer.
