PESHAWAR, Jan 23: The political administration of Mohmand Agency has taken strong notice of the Afghan government activists’ illegal entry into the border areas of the country and asked the tribal elders to ban such illegal activities.

In the meanwhile, an MNA of Mohmand Agency, Maulana Ghulam Muhammad Saddiq, has said that the pro-US government of Afghanistan is not our friend, therefore such violations should be checked.

According to details, Afghan Tribal Areas Minister Faridoon Khan on Wednesday, with some people, visited the Khwazi and Baizi area and told the tribal elders to withdraw support from Pakistan and start supporting the Karzai-led government as, according to him, the area belonged to Afghanistan.—PPI
