KARACHI, Feb 16: Talha Zubair cruised into the final of the Subh-e-Nau Tennis Championship at the KMC Sports Complex on Saturday.
The winner played attacking game to overcome Sherbaz Malik in the second semi-final of the men’s singles category.
He will play Nomi Qamar in the final on Sunday who had qualified for the showdown after getting a walkover against Mohammad Naseem on Friday.
Murad Khan, a ball boy of the Modern Club, clinched boys’ U-18 title after beating his club mate Aqeel Shabbir.
Raza Sawani bagged boys’ U-14 title with a victory over Jalaluddin Babar.
Hania topped in ladies singles category which was played according to Round Robin League. She defeated Kinza Ghanchi in her last match of this league.
Neha Khan won her match against Rida Khan to secure second position. The final between Hania and Neha will be played on Sunday.
