JUST 19 hours before the start of the Metro Bus Service, the federal government woke up from its deep slumber to start a train shuttle service for Lahorites connecting Shahdarah to Kot Lakhpat.

I am surprised why the federal government did not start it earlier when it was difficult for Lahorites to travel due to development work.

I wonder which one is an election stunt, Metro or train service?
