THE deprived people of Balochistan suffered again at the hands of terrorists when some weeks ago more than 100 people, mostly belonging to the Hazara community, fell victim to bomb blasts in Quetta.
The Hazara community belongs to the Shia school of thought and is regarded as a most peaceful and harmless community.
When this carnage took place, the then Balochistan chief minister Aslam Raisani was abroad. He did not even condemn this act of barbarism and instead said that he was not responsible for the law and order situation in Balochistan.
This scenario depicts what happened in Rome. People were suffering while Roman Emperor Nero played the fiddle.
