LAHORE, Jan 17: Punjab University Teaching Department (PUTD) defeated host Kinnaird College, Lahore 31-15 in final to win the  Punjab  University  Women  inter-collegiate  basketball championship on Thursday.

Asifa Bano (11), Beenash Amin (8) and Asma Noon (8) were the top scorers for the winners. For the losers, Rabia Akhtar (6) and Nazia Ashraf (4) were the main scorers.
